Q: The circuit breaker cannot be opened and closed
A: 1. The closing and closing buttons are in poor contact and need to be replaced.
2. The fuse is broken and needs to be replaced.
3. The closing and closing coils are not energized and need to be replaced.
Q: Measurement of reactive power meter rotation or no rotation
A: 1. The capacitor compensation factor is higher or ahead, and the power factor is adjusted.
2. The phase sequence of the transformer incoming line is incorrect and needs to be adjusted.
Q: Capacitor cabinet can not be automatically switched
A: 1. The sampling current line is not connected, and the current terminal connecting piece is loose.
2. The voltage is too high, the controller displays overvoltage and adjusts the voltage parameters.
3. The current is too small, the controller displays ahead, and the current needs to be increased before it works normally.
Q: The high voltage circuit breaker handcart cannot be pulled out
A: 1. Check if the handcart is in the correct test position.
2. Some of the handcarts have latching electromagnets that are normally energized.
Q: After the drawer is opened, the car cannot be in the separated position.
A: 1. When opening, insert the lock tongue on the handle link into the groove of the drawer, and interlock with the drawer.
Q: Circuit breaker trip, leakage trip
A: 1. Check if the load is faulty.
2. The load power is too large and the switch current level is met.
3. Whether the load N of the leakage switch is correctly connected.
Q: Dual power supply does not vote
A: 1. Check if the incoming line voltage is normal.
2. Whether the commonly used and spare N are connected to each other incorrectly.
Q: The device is running normally and the panel indicator is off.
A: 1. Check the fuse.
2. Check if the auxiliary point of the device is correct.
Q: Thermal relay burned out
A: 1. Whether the selected thermal relay current satisfies the load size.
2. Some equipments have only alarms and no tripping requirements. If the alarms should be checked and repaired in time.
Q: The lighting box switch cannot be embedded in the two-layer board
A: 1. When installing on site, first adjust the position of the mounting plate and then tighten the bolts.
